I've spent the last ten years in financial services, but what really drives me isn't the numbers. It's the people behind them. I'm passionate about working with people who are ready to break through to the next level, the ones who've built something solid and are looking for what's next.
What I love most about this work is hearing people's stories. Everyone has a unique life, different motivations, different dreams. Getting to understand what drives you and then helping you build something meaningful around that is the part I find most rewarding.
I was born in the UK and grew up in Chicago before relocating to the Phoenix area in 2018, where I live now with my family. My father showed me that you can achieve anything if you're willing to put in the effort and time, and I want to be that same example for them. They're watching, and I want them to see what's possible.
Outside of work, you'll find me at the piano, exploring new music, diving into technology, or just learning something new. I believe in staying curious. It keeps things interesting and reminds me there's always more to discover.
